Privacy Policy — Fields of Mistria Tools

1. Who we are

Mistria Tools is an independent fan-made tool site for Fields of Mistria players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NPC Studio.

2. What we collect

• Information you store locally: gift checkmarks, museum/fish tracker state, and calculator settings are saved in your browser's localStorage (prefix mistria_tools_v1_*). This data never leaves your device.
• Server logs: when you visit, Cloudflare/CDN may process standard logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and performance. Logs are retained per Cloudflare's policy (typically days) and are not used for profiling.
• We do NOT collect: names, emails, accounts, payment data, or any personal information at v0.

3. Why we process (EU/UK visitors)

• Server logs: legitimate interests (site security, abuse prevention, performance).
• localStorage: contract/functionality — data stays on your device.
• (Future analytics/ads: consent — will be added here before any tracking is enabled.)

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information. We share nothing at v0. Cloudflare processes logs as our infrastructure provider under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

v0 uses no non-essential cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics. Any future analytics or advertising will require your consent (EEA/UK) and this page will be updated.

6. Retention

LocalStorage data persists until you clear your browser data. Server logs per provider policy. We hold no user account data.

7. Your rights

You can delete all locally stored data by clearing browser storage for this site, or using the "Reset my data" button on each tool. For any privacy request, contact us via the contact page.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. No account or personal data is required to use this site.

9. Changes

We will update this page when practices change and note the Last updated date.
